It is an honor and privilege to be elected for three terms to the City Council by the people of Glen Cove!

As he seeks Re-Election, Kevin once again commits to enhancing our City for every resident with an eye towards its diversity and ensuring its close-knit community appeal is maintained for future generations while integrating the complex and changing needs of residents and businesses.

He is a proud lifelong resident attending Glen Cove Schools before graduating from St. Dominic High School. He received a BS degree, in Information Technology from the Williams College of Business at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He then pursued his Juris Doctorate degree at Touro Law School graduating in 2016. While in his final semester, he was the recipient of the “Cali” award in “Ethics in Practice”. Since admission to the New York State Bar in 2017, he has been an associate and now principle Attorney at the Law Office of John L. Maccarone, PC., a family owned general practice firm here in Glen Cove. His legal work is concentrated in the fields of Civil Litigation, Family, Criminal and Real Estate Law.

Kevin is forever grounded by his experiences growing up in Glen Cove and along with his wife Jennifer Maccarone, has settled in as a proud homeowner here. He participated in just about every youth sports program offered in Glen Cove with baseball eventually winning his allegiance. He still maintains many close friendships from his days at the stadium and gym.

Later he volunteered with Glen Cove Junior Baseball and Softball and remains community oriented as a member of the Sons of Italy- local lodge and as a Board Member for the “Glen Cove Hall of Fame”, raising money and providing scholarships for high school senior athletes who excel at academics and sportsmanship. More recently he has been an advisor to the Glen Cove High School Teen Court Program and a sponsor for many Glen Cove Youth sports teams and events.

His love of sports is evident through the many improvements to our athletic facilities. During his tenure on the City Council he has supported numerous upgrades to Morgan Park, Ernest Pascucci Soccer Field, John Maccarone Memorial Stadium and Stanco Park. This last term he has tackled upgrades on our golf course, and the results are visible for all to see. The latest of which is a new irrigation system that will be installed this fall.

His next goal is his most ambitious, a new turf field for our residents. Plans have already begun to make this a reality.

Kevin is proud of his staunch and vocal support for the prudent approach to budgeting and borrowing taken by the Panzenbeck administration. In the last 3+ years the transformational results include flipping a large budget deficit to a surplus and significant upgrades to Glen Cove’s Bond Rating; all achieved without high tax increases on Glen Cove home and business owners.
